The bibliographic wealth of the library can be subdivided into the following collections: the general estate, the popular scriptures archives estate, the Mauro Rostagno documentation centre estate, the Deambrosis estate, the Battisti estate, the Morelli estate, the Eccher Dall’Eco estate, the Guadagnini estate, the Conci estate, the Paris estate. Historical Archives

These archives contain and preserve documents concerning Trentino history starting from the 18th century (Napoleonic invasions) up to our present times, and concerning the participation of the Trentino population in the Italian Risorgimento, in the fight for autonomy, in Irredentism, in the 1914-1918 world war, in the fight against Fascism, in the 1939-1945 world war and in the Resistance.

Especially important is the Estate of the Battisti family (Cesare, Livia, Gigino and Ernesta Battisti) recognised to be of special national historical interest by decree of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage. The remaining 90 archival estates, officially declared to be of local historical interest by the Provincial Law No. 11/92, regard important figures of Trentino culture and politics, among whom Enrico Conci and Beppino Disertori, as well as cultural associations and family records.
